Last September 4, the thirty-one (31) Scholar Alumni Network (SAN) Executive Committee Selection Pool attended a briefing to discuss the procedure for the SAN elections scheduled on September 11. 

The SAN Executive Committee Selection Pool is composed of scholars who expressed their willingness to be part of the said group as they signed up for the association.

In the briefing, the aspirants were guided through the processes and what to expect on the selection date. Likewise, the Secretariat presented a recap on the duties, responsibilities, and qualifications of the available positions as well as the technical committees that the SAN may consider once fully organized.

Initially, it was suggested that the selections for the SAN Executive Committee be closed to the members of the Selection Pool only. However, it was decided that the selection be also made open for SAN regular members.

The SAN Executive Committee shall be selected through an assessment scored via a rating sheet. The Aspirants shall be scored on the content and delivery of their pitches and answers to questions about their selected role and capabilities.
